The Role

We are seeking an MBA Summer Associate to join our investment team in San Francisco. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in venture capital, focusing on early-stage Firetech investments. The ideal candidate is passionate about climate resilience and deep technology, with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, and finance experience.

What You'll Do

• Deal Sourcing & Research – Identify and evaluate emerging Firetech startups, conduct market research, and assess investment opportunities.
• Due Diligence – Analyze business models, financials, competitive landscapes, and technical viability of potential investments.
• Industry Analysis – Track trends in wildfire mitigation, predictive analytics, aerial firefighting, and related Firetech sectors.
• Investment Memos – Assist in preparing investment memos and presentations for internal discussions.

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program
• Background in venture capital, private equity, startups, or investment banking.
• Passion for climate resilience, Firetech, and impact-driven investing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to break down complex markets and technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
