Sr. ODM/OEM Channel Sales Partner

Hubble Network was founded with the intention of delivering on the promise of what Internet-of-Things (IoT) was supposed to be. We're building a global Bluetooth® network dedicated to machine-to-machine connectivity. We differentiate ourselves as the first modem-less and gateway-less, direct-to-satellite network from off-the-shelf Bluetooth® Low Energy chips. Hubble is ideal for applications in logistics, AgTech, and maritime where economies of scale for volume consumer and enterprise asset tracking is a priority. Our goal is to be the first billion-endpoint-connected network in the world.
Hubble is an early-stage, venture-backed startup supported by some of the best investors in the world. In their previous lives, the founding team has been successful in raising $100s of millions in venture funding, developing the Amazon Sidewalk network, launching billions of dollars of space assets, and leading their teams to successful exits, both through acquisition and IPO. We are now looking to bring on talented team members who are the best at what they do to help us make Hubble a reality for the world.
This is a REMOTE, FULL-TIME POSITION
The role
We're hiring a Senior Channel Sales Lead to own and grow Hubble's partnerships with ODMs (Original Design Manufacturers) and silicon OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers). You'll identify, negotiate, and close the partnerships that get Hubble's satellite connectivity designed directly into chipsets, reference designs, and manufactured devices — putting our technology in front of enormous volume.
The work sits at the intersection of business development, technical sales, and partnership strategy. You'll engage chipset vendors, module makers, and device manufacturers with the goal of making Hubble the default satellite connectivity layer for Bluetooth-enabled hardware. There's no playbook for this yet; you'll write it.
You'll report to the Chief Business Officer. Alongside owning the channel, you'll mentor junior members of the sales team as they build partnership and channel skills — so this is a role for someone who's happy to bring others along, not just close deals. The role involves approximately 75% travel for partner meetings and industry events.
How we work
A sense of urgency — you move work from idea to done, quickly and without needing to be chased.
High learning agility — you like learning, you're honest about what you don't know yet, and you close those gaps on your own initiative.
Clear communication — you explain ideas plainly to different audiences, from engineering teams to partner executives.
Anticipation of needs — you spot problems early and come back with practical solutions that fit an early-stage company's constraints.
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partnerships within the semiconductor, IoT, or consumer electronics hardware ecosystems.
- A track record of closing complex technical partnership deals with ODMs, silicon vendors, or module manufacturers.
- Working knowledge of the chipset and module supply chain — how silicon gets designed into end products, and who actually makes those decisions.
- Enough technical fluency to hold your own in conversations spanning Bluetooth, connectivity protocols, and embedded hardware, without needing to be the engineer in the room.
- Experience negotiating licensing agreements, MOUs, and long-cycle commercial partnerships.
- Comfort building relationships across engineering, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
*If you need a reasonable accommodation for travel or any other aspect of the role, we're glad to discuss it.
Nice to have
- Existing relationships with major Bluetooth chipset vendors or ODMs, or a demonstrated ability to open doors in that ecosystem
- Background in satellite communications, GPS and positioning, or IoT connectivity
- Experience at an early-stage or high-growth hardware or connectivity startup
- Comfort building a go-to-market motion from zero, without an existing playbook
