Currently on the lookout for a dedicated and knowledgeable Residential/Commercial Roofing Estimate Writer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing insurance projects.

**Work Hours:**

- Looking for primarily Full Time and/or overnight pm shift.

- Will consider part time for weekend position.

**Responsibilities:**

- Review and edit Xactimate & Symbility estimates for residential/commercial restoration projects.

- Integrate IRC codes, local county code requirements, and residential roofing codes to our report.

- Completion time within 24 hours of assignment or less

**Qualifications:**

- Proficient in writing and evaluating Xactimate and Symbility estimates, specifically for residential exterior. Commercial is a plus.

- Knowledge of IRC codes and experience in researching specific county code requirements.

- Familiarity with industry best practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Valid Xactimate license.

**Compensation:**

- $40-60/hr negotiable depending on experience
